Trash Collection
Trash Collection Day is Wednesday
Trash can be placed by the curb after 6:00 pm the evening before pick day and must be placed by the curb by 6:30 AM on the morning of pickup day. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to pick up any of their trash that becomes uncontained because he or she choose to put it out the night before pickup. Under no circumstances is trash to be stored outside of the home or bins erected outside of the home to store trash.IMPORTANT REMINDER
Trash containers must be able to completely close because there is a 96lb weight limit for each container. If your container cannot close or is too full it may not be serviced.
RecyclingRecycling is included as part of your homes association dues.
Yard Waste
Yard waste will be collected January to December. There will be an 8-bag limit every week on yard waste from January to September. October, November and December the limit will be 10 bags per week with all yard waste placed in paper, compostable bags.
Holiday Schedule
The following holidays are observed: New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
If any of these holidays falls on or before your normal pickup day of that particular week, your collection day will be postponed one day that week. Example: If Christmas falls on Wednesday, trash collection will be on Thursday instead of Wednesday.
