Annual homes associations dues are reviewed at the Annual Meeting by the Board of Directors and adjusted according to the previous budget experience.Association Dues Assessment will be mailed to each resident in after the annual meeting. Payment is due no later than April 15th. Nonpayment as of April 15th will generate a reminder statement with a $50 late fee added to the assessment. Failure to pay the amount due will result in loss of refuse and recycling services, as well as pool privileges.
